Care Instructions:

• Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.

• If machine washing, use a gentle cycle and place the garments in a laundry bag.

• Wash dark and light colours separately to help prevent colour transfer.

• Avoid bleach and prolonged soaking.

• Air dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.

• Iron at low to medium temperature, preferably inside out or with a pressing cloth.

• Avoid excessive heat to help preserve the fabric's texture and quality.

• AUREL Set comes without lining. An inner is recommended for additional coverage and comfort, depending on personal preference.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date your parcel is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Sale, discounted, and AS-IS items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, or product selected by the customer are subject to our approval and stock availability. If approved, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit after verification.
• All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
• A complete unboxing video is required for any claim involving missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
