👐 Disarankan cuci tangan — membantu mengekalkan kualiti fabrik dengan lebih baik. Hand wash is recommended to preserve fabric quality.

🌡️ Basuh dengan air sejuk atau suhu rendah — membantu mengekalkan bentuk dan warna fabrik. Wash with cold or low-temperature water.

📏 Jangkaan pengecutan 5–10% — selepas cucian pertama adalah normal. An expected 5–10% shrinkage after washing is normal.

🧷 Seterika pada suhu rendah — untuk kemasan yang lebih kemas tanpa merosakkan fabrik. Iron on low heat.

🌤️ Keringkan secara semula jadi — bagi mengekalkan kualiti fabrik. Air dry naturally for best results.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date your parcel is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Sale, discounted, and AS-IS items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, or product selected by the customer are subject to our approval and stock availability. If approved, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit after verification.
• All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
• A complete unboxing video is required for any claim involving missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
