• Do not soak for long periods or use bleach.

• Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.

• Gently reshape and air dry in a shaded area.

• Iron on low heat, avoiding direct contact with lace and embroidery.

• Steam ironing is recommended; keep the steamer at a safe distance from the 3D embroidery.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date your parcel is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, or product selected by the customer are subject to our approval and stock availability. If approved, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit after verification.
• All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
