Care Instructions:

• Wash with cold or low-temperature water.

• Use a mild detergent.

• Wash dark and light colours separately.

• Turn the garment inside out before washing.

• Avoid bleach.

• Air dry naturally and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

• Iron on low heat if needed.

• Avoid tumble drying and high heat.

Please Note:

• Slight shrinkage after the first wash is normal, especially when exposed to high heat.

• Loose threads may naturally occur due to the natural fibres and garment construction. This does not necessarily indicate a product defect.

• If a loose thread appears, do not pull it. Carefully trim the excess thread with small scissors.

Note: Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date your parcel is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Sale, discounted, and AS-IS items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, or product selected by the customer are subject to our approval and stock availability. If approved, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit after verification.
• All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
• A complete unboxing video is required for any claim involving missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
