Care Instructions:

• Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.

• Avoid bleach, prolonged soaking and excessive wringing.

• Air dry in a shaded area. Do not tumble dry.

• Steam or iron at low temperature, avoiding direct heat on embroidery.

• The kebaya top comes with a separate inner lining, while the skirt has built-in lining.

• Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date your parcel is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Sale, discounted, and AS-IS items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, or product selected by the customer are subject to our approval and stock availability. If approved, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit after verification.
• All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
• A complete unboxing video is required for any claim involving missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
