🫧 Basuh sebelum pemakaian pertama — membantu mengekalkan kebersihan dan keselesaan fabrik. Wash before first wear for freshness and comfort.

🔄 Terbalikkan seluar sebelum mencuci — membantu melindungi warna serta embroidery. Turn inside out before washing to protect the colour and embroidery.

🌡️ Basuh dengan air sejuk atau suhu maksimum 30°C — membantu mengekalkan bentuk dan warna denim. Wash in cold water or up to 30°C to maintain shape and colour.

🌀 Gunakan mod cucian lembut — untuk menjaga tekstur fabrik dengan lebih baik. Use a gentle wash cycle for better fabric care.

👕 Asingkan daripada pakaian berwarna cerah — bagi mengelakkan risiko pemindahan warna. Wash separately from light-coloured garments.

🫧 Gunakan pencuci yang lembut — membantu mengekalkan kelembutan fabrik. Use a mild detergent to preserve softness.

🚫 Jangan gunakan peluntur — bagi mengekalkan warna dan kualiti denim. Avoid bleach to preserve colour and fabric quality.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date your parcel is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Sale, discounted, and AS-IS items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, or product selected by the customer are subject to our approval and stock availability. If approved, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit after verification.
• All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
• A complete unboxing video is required for any claim involving missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
