• Basuh menggunakan air sejuk atau suhu biasa dengan mild detergent.

• Gunakan Laundry Bag dan pilih mod Gentle/Delicate Wash.

• Elakkan bleach, detergen kuat dan fabrik kasar.

• Jangan rendam terlalu lama.

• Elakkan dryer pada suhu tinggi.

• Jemur di tempat redup dan mempunyai pengudaraan baik.

• Seterika pada suhu rendah jika diperlukan.

Nota: Sedikit pilling mungkin berlaku akibat geseran selepas penggunaan atau cucian. Ini merupakan sifat semula jadi fabrik dan boleh diminimumkan dengan penjagaan yang betul.

Care Instructions

• Wash with cold or normal-temperature water using mild detergent.

• Use a Laundry Bag and select Gentle/Delicate Wash.

• Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and rough fabrics.

• Do not soak for too long.

• Avoid high-temperature tumble drying.

• Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area.

• Iron on low heat if needed.

Note: Minor pilling may occur due to friction after wear or washing. This is a natural characteristic of the fabric and can be minimised with proper care.

• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date your parcel is received.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Sale, discounted, and AS-IS items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges due to wrong size, colour, or product selected by the customer are subject to our approval and stock availability. If approved, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will arrange a replacement or issue Store Credit after verification.
• All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit only.
• A complete unboxing video is required for any claim involving missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
