Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

Friendly reminder, NO cash balance will be refunded. Balance will be carried forward as store credit and can be used for your next purchase.

However, customers are advised to notify us at css.radiusite@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Do contact customer services number for exchange ( 012-2238199). You need to bear the postage cost.

Pre-Order Refunds
Pre-order items are not eligible for refund if the item(s) is still processing and hasn't exceed the pre-order period limit. If the pre-order period exceeded and customer still haven't received any tracking number or the item(s), customer may request cancelation for a refund if they wanted to.
