  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
    • Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt for both local and international orders.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
  • Refunds:
    • We do not offer cash refunds. Balance will be issued as store credit for your next purchases.
    • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return.
    • Email us at with your order number and product details to initiate a return & refund.

Damages and Issues

  • If you find that the item is defective (you did not purchase it as an 'AS-IS' or defective item), damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at for replacement.

Pre-Order Refunds

  • Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds if the status of the items are still processing & within the pre-order period.
  • If the pre-order period has exceeded and you have not received a tracking number or the item, you may request a cancellation for a refund.

Refunds are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds are available.
